Please note, the retreat will primarily be held in Noble Silence, offering a peaceful environment for deep reflection. 

*At the conclusion of the retreat, we kindly encourage a donation to support generosity and make it possible for others to join future retreats. Contributions from previous retreatants have enabled us to significantly lower costs for attendees.

**If you have other dietary requirements, such as vegan or allergies, we recommend you bring some of your own food as we cannot guarantee to be able to accommodate this at all times.
